I forgot to use a promo or discount code, what do I do?

Please contact us before the promo ends. 

Do you have coupon codes or professional discounts?

We also have weekly and holiday discount promotions. Please sign up for our newsletter so you don’t miss any special deals. Please note, coupon codes cannot be stacked.

Can you rush ship my order?

While we will do our best to ship order as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Please plan ahead and contact us if you need your items sooner. We do have Priority Mail shipping options available.

What if I entered a wrong shipping address?

Please contact us right away at hello@kokoglitterbel.com with your order number. We will not be able to update the shipping address once the order has been processed.
